Everything we ship is packed thoughtfully and sent with the same attention we give to choosing the products themselves.
Shipping
We ship from our fulfilment centre in New York and from our brand partners directly. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

International
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We ship to 40+ countries.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love everything you receive. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
Pack it up
Return items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. We'll send you a prepaid return label.
Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exceptions
- —Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- —Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty.
- —Perishable goods (e.g. certain skincare items) cannot be returned once opened.
